Narasimha Raju who
initiated his career in printing industry has grown to the
level of Managing Director with a vision and Mission to be
a successful Industrialist. With his strong background in
financial resource management he drives the team with his
strong principles of strategic decisions and
implementations.

well-built background in the field of Information
Technology & Staffing Solutions bagged various projects
from many multi national clients across India & USA.
With his technical & business domain back ground,
started BOB to grown his spirited skills. Chaitanya started
professional career with Bachelors degree in Electronics
& Communications engineering from Madras University.
Col Ramtri has
over 44 years of work experience, of which 28 years were
with the Indian Army (including 8 years in the field of IT)
and 16 years in Resource Management & Recruitment in
the IT Services Industry.
He has worked in the following capacities in the IT
Industry: (1) As Vice President Strategic Sourcing/ Head of
Global Recruitment at Patni Computer Systems Limited for
over four years (2) At IBM Global Services India Limited
for a period of six years, mainly in the capacity of
Country Resource Deployment Manager and Location Head for
Pune (3) As Head - Resource Centre at Zensar Technologies
for over four years.
Naveen Vooka,

Naveen has proven
strength in Techno Commercial assignments, proved as a key
differentiator in MNC’s across Australia and India in
Business Development & Operations. Earlier he held the
position of Director - Operations for consulting division
and has grown business by expanding clients and retaining
client relations apart from heading Indian Staffing
operations.
Naveen has done his Masters in Information Technology from
Royal Melbourne University of Technology and Masters in
Business Information Systems from Central Queens Land
University, Melbourne, Australia.
Lakshmi Gadiraju,
Technical Head - Products & IT services
Lakshmi Gadiraju
spearheads the Product & Application development, and
is responsible for Technology Guidance & Architectural
design of all products and IT services.
Lakshmi carries technology expertise in the areas of Java/
J2EE, SOA & Identity Management over a decade along
with the certifications like Enterprise Architect. She
joined BOB after handling the responsibilities as Product
specialist in SAP and Sr. Technical Consultant in Oracle
Corporation working with clients across industry verticals.
She started her profession with Bachelors degree in
Mechanical Engineering from Andhra University.
