In Jan 2005, two visionaries with diverse non-IT experience decided to start an IT company in lieu of the fast approaching technological era.

Gadiraju Subbaraju, Founder
An enterprising businessman started his career at the age of 20. He started as a distributor for aerated drinks for a multinational company and was awarded “Best Distributor” for his performance. He later had successfully run businesses in various industries like Real estates, Prawn culture and Ice merchandisers apart from agriculture.

Alluri Rangaraju, Founder
A dynamic individual started his career as a distributor for a leading prawn feed. He was awarded “Best Performer” as a distributor. With his sharp business acumen, he diversified into businesses like Real estates, Prawn exports apart from agriculture.

K N Venkat Raju, Director
Venkat Raju K N has about 13 years of global experience spanning Asia Pacific, Europe and Middle East. Mr. Raju has rich experience in promoting, setting up and managing Information Technology Companies and his expertise spans Strategic Planning, Information Management, Product Development and Marketing.

Prior to BOB, Mr. Raju held various senior management positions at global firms like Mittal group, Altacom etc., Raju started his career with his Bachelors degree in Instrumentation from Bangalore University.

Mr. Raju with his passion of promoting companies, he is also associated with Insta Health Solutions as founder.

Jagadeesh Thoota, Director
Jagadeesh has about decade of experience in managing organizations and driving them towards the business strategic goals. With his flourishing growth provided to Jagadeesh Marines in rising to a 150 crore turnover company joined the board to provide similar growth strategies. He is also the Managing Director for Jagdeesh Marines, AP. Jagadeesh has started his professional career with a Bachelors degree in Engineering.

Lakshmi Thoota, Director
Lakshmi has worked with various multinational companies as a DBA; she joined the Board of BOB to bring in voluminous IT knowledge expertise into the company. Lakshmi started her career with Bachelors degree in commerce and Masters Degree in Human Resources.

Dr. Krishna Swamy, Director
Dr Krishna Swamy, A Practicing Doctor by Profession with over 30 years of experience, he is a Diabetic Care Counselor and a Family Physician. Vastly experienced in running a 50 bed hospital and 2 clinics. An able administrator and Entrepreneur. He manages BOB's operations at Hyderabad.

Dr Swamy is one of core advisor & was involved in the development of HIMS (Hospital Information & Management System) of BOB Tech Solutions which was later brought over by Insta Health Solutions, which is headed by Ramesh Emani
